Shipping
- We ship across India on a prepaid basis only (we do not offer cash on delivery).
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Free shipping on orders over ₹2,999; a flat shipping charge applies below that and is shown at checkout.
- A tracking number is shared by email/SMS for every shipment so you can follow it to your door.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in their original condition.
- Photo evidence is required for every return — clear images (not video) showing the issue, defect or damage. Raise your request from your account.
- Made-to-order, customised and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- A slight colour bleed in the first wash and minor hand-print irregularities are natural to hand-block craft and are not considered defects.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
- Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was defective, damaged or sent in error.
