Orders & pricing

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any affected order with a full refund of amounts paid.
• An order is accepted only once payment has been successfully confirmed.
• We sell on a prepaid basis only; we do not offer cash on delivery.

The products

Our pieces are hand-block printed on pure cotton. Because each is made by hand, slight variations in motif alignment, colour depth and a gentle colour bleed in the first wash are natural characteristics of the craft and are not defects. Colours may also vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card details.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, motifs, imagery and content on this site belong to Brahma Tejas and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
